User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• Account details including name and date of birth cannot be changed after KYC verification has been completed without written request and re-verification.
• Accounts showing no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling, including any applicable administrative fees, will be communicated to you in advance.
• ca7777 may carry out periodic re-verification of accounts as required under its licensing obligations. Failure to cooperate with re-verification requests may result in account suspension pending completion.

All ca7777 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ca7777 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned subject to applicable processing fees.
• ca7777 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• ca7777 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. ca7777 will not reverse a bet that has been accepted except where it can be demonstrated that the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in pricing or game data.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an obviously incorrect price, payout, or game result — ca7777 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the player's account.

• Bets placed on cricket matches — including PSL fixtures, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches — are subject to ca7777's Cricket Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform.
• In live betting markets, odds may change rapidly. ca7777 does not guarantee that any particular odd will remain available after it has been displayed on screen.
• Winnings from casino games are determined by the outcome of the applicable random number generator (RNG) or live dealer result. All RNGs used on ca7777 are independently certified for fairness.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ca7777:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to circumvent the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
